Rules valid in the ORANGE ZONE

In the orange zone, in addition to what is provided for the yellow zone, there are limitations to movements and to the activities of bars, restaurants and museums.

1. Movements

a) Movements between Regions: any movement between Regions is forbidden, except for:

  • proven work reasons;
  • necessity;
  • health reasons.

Movements necessary for guaranteeing classroom teaching activities provided is allowed.

It is allowed to go back to one’s home or residence.

It is allowed to pass through the orange zone for reaching the yellow zone or in order to move for the reasons allowed.

b) Movements between Municipalities: inside the orange zone, it is prohibited to use public and private means of transport to move to another Municipality, except for:

  • proven work or study reasons;
  • necessity;
  • health reasons;
  • carry out activities or use services which are not suspended and are not available in the relevant Municipality.

People living in Municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants can move for 30 km from the borders of their Municipality but they cannot reach the Capital city of the Province.

c) Movements in the same Municipality ares allowed from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. any movement is prohibited except for:

  • proven work reasons;
  • necessity;
  • health reasons.

For visiting the private house of relatives and friends, movements are allowed respecting the following rules:

  • only one movement is allowed;
  • you can only visit one private house located in your Municipality;
  • you can only move from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • only two people can visit a private house, in addition to those who live there
  • you can move with your children and kids under 14 years or cohabiting disabled or non-sufficient people. They are not calculated in the maximum number of two people.

2. Bars and restaurants

Bars, pubs and restaurants, ice cream parlours, patisseries can only provide the following services:

  • take away from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Food and drink consumption on the spot or nearby is prohibited;
  • home delivery catering, which has no time limitations

Food and drink administration services in motorways, hospitals and airports are open.

3. Museums and libraries

Museums and other culture services open to the public are suspended, except for libraries and archives, in respect of safety measures, whose service are open upon reservation.
