International Cooperation Agreement between the NIHMP and the University of Pécs
In the framework of the 3rd Conference on Migrant and Ethnic Minority Health in Europe, which was held in Hungary from 27 to 29 May 2010, the National Institute for Health, Migration and Poverty-NIHMP and the University of Pécs - Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Infectology, Disaster Medicine and Oxyology Department of Infectology and Migration Health, signed an international training and research agreement. The agreement, signed by Prof. Aldo Morrone, NIHMP Director General, and Prof. Péter Németh, Head of the Immunology and Biotechnology Department of the University of Pécs, provides the following activities:
• Implementation of International research projects on global health;
• Organisation of congresses and International workshops;
• Information and experience exchange for research studies on poverty and migration-related diseases and on infectious diseases.
