The pleasure of sexuality and Female Genital Mutilations

On 12 July 2010, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, the seminar “The pleasure of sexuality and Female Genital Mutilations” will be held at the NIHMP. The event represents the conclusion of the project “Integrated Training Project for Promoting Migrants’ Health, Preventing and Combating Female Genital Mutilations”, carried out by the NIHMP in collaboration with Regione Lazio - Social Affairs Department, Regional Directorate for Health Planning. All the Local Health Centres (ASL) involved in the training course “Prevention and Control of Female Genital Mutilations” are participating in the event. The course, composed of nine training sessions, aimed at promoting prevention, control and eradication of FGM by providing the health care professionals working in the Regione Lazio with specialised training and updating. At the end of the meeting, the certificates of attendance will be distributed.
